2. Setting Up For The Mix

Introduction to the audio console, its components and practical techniques that teach you how to get a mix up and running on any console you use quickly and easily.

3. Equalisation

Learning to use eq is the key to better tone control, more practical skills that help you to develop confidence on the console so you can control the mix musically.

4. PA Components

A walk-through of all the components found in a typical PA system and their role. We demystify the PA chain and explain how it all gets put together.

The presenters are experienced engineers and will give you real world knowledge and tips.

The day is filled with very practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises and aims to encourage people to get familiar with setting up for a mix as well as becoming confident with eq.
